This is my first time and I would like to learn how to Do code for the PIC and ATMega microcontroller can any one put me in the right direction or have some sample of code and do I have to write the code in the right Order to the End and the best program to write the code.

Although there are many online tutorials available for both PIC and AVR but i suggest you to buy a book for both PIC and AVR. here are my favourites
PIC Microcontroller and Embedded System By Ali Mazidi
AVR Microcontroller and Embedded System By Ali Mazidi

By far the best tutorials I have come across for the PIC are:

They cover both the baseline and midrange PICs using both MPASM Assembler and Hi-Tech C Compiler.

Both of which can be dowloaded for free:

The tutorials make use of the PIC 12F and 16F series of MCUs which are very inexpensive and you could always adapt them to PICs you have on hand.

Hope the info helps in your endeavors.
