Need Help on connectivity between RJ45 and magnetics

Hello,

I am using Pulse RJ45 and magnetics which will connect to MArvell PHY. TO help Layout i have changed some connectivity between RJ45 and magnetics. Out of 4 differential pairds from RJ45 to magnetics, 2 pairs i have changed connection. + and - are connected to - and + pind of magnetics.
