Hi. I am working on design of printed microstrip parallel-coupled, half-wavelength resonator bandpass filter. I must simulate it by using CST 5 and need any help at simulating single stage of coupled lines...
1. How I define waveguide ports, cause i cant define them by usual way because of open ends..
2. And more important - how i can see the even and odd mode impedances?
Thanx a lot

1) draw a retangular sheet verdical to the MS line, and define it as a waveport.

2) you have to cut the structure into halves , define the E and H boundary, and simulate the impedance.

Just my points of view, correct me if I m wrong.

hiiii does anyone know how do we import an HFSS file into CST?
