which is the best Class of Power Amplifier which can be fabricated on-chip?
 

there are many classes , and the best class is the class that meet ur spec's
so u need to know the spec's u want to achive , and then know what are the pors and cons of every class

a book by Steve cripps is the better book to get hold of to know about power amplifiers. Deciding the class depends on the application.
