Need help for firmware up-gradation of SIM900A to send HTTPS request

Here is the problem, we are able to get the proper response when we send a simple HTTP request through AT-commands of SIM900a module.

But unable to get the proper response for HTTPS(secure) request through AT-commands it shows the 601 and 600 means "Network error "and "Not http PDU's".

Also we tried the command HTTPSSL but it shows error. We searched in the internet, we got some information like to upgrade the firmware of sim900A module to support HTTPS. Here is our version of sim900A firmware
1137B01SIM900A64_ST_MMS.

We need help to find the current version of the firmware which should support HTTPSSL commands.

But I'm not sure it will work with SIM900A, it is intended for SIM900.
