Hello,
I need to build a very small antenna booster for a radio working on WFM mode on 120-140 MHz. It must be as small as possible, and the most difficult thing: The receiver works from 3V...
I found several designs using a bipolar - but they work from 9V to 12V.
Any help please?
TIA,
Nina

Some SiGe transistors from Infineon works from 3V:

Thank you very much vfone,
I have a roll of MPSH10 - maybe I'll try to build a preamplifier - and I thought that maybe changing some values - it may work...
Here is the simplest one I could find:
I think :?: that I even don't need the L1 and TR1...
Any suggestions of using MPSH10 instead?

Unfortunately MPSH10 it will not work properly at 3V.

Hi,
This section will be as pre selection filter. Its recommend to keep, otherwise its a broad band repeater and cause lots of interference
