I want to know the mean as following

1.c-message weighting or c-notch
2.psophometric weighting(p-weighting) p-notch

Some can tell me? where can i found the data?

These curves are similar to the human ear's response to noise. Filtering telephone channel noise through them before measuring the noise output is a better predictor of perceived noise than measuring the channel.
