Need HC08 program for creating PWMs to control a DC motor

I need a program that I can creat Pulses with variable duty cycle to control a DC motor with using HC08 (QY4) with 2 Dip switch ( increase - decrease ) and how can I control the frequency inside this program...please help as soon as possible
