Need good method for demodulating FM/PM waves

PM/FM Demodulator

please suggest a good method for demodulating FM/PM waves with gud noise performance.. I'll be implementing it on an FPGA..
plz note that im not trying to make a FM receiver for commercial broadcasts but a generic demodulator for any kind of analog modulated FM wave..
 

PM/FM Demodulator

as u knw fm works bater in low frequency,where as pm works good in high frequency,so its upto ur requirment
