Need drivers for IRF840

Hello, I'm using IRF840 mosfets and I need gate drivers for them. The project is an inverter so I found IR2101. Can IR2101 drive them? Do you any other suggestions? Thank you.

yes. You should be able to irf840 using IR2101, however it would depended your exact circuit topology and high side floating voltage requirement. I assume that is with in rated voltage of IR2101.

Are you planning on driving the IRF840 with an IR2101?

You may instead use a BJT-based totem-pole driver or a dedicated driver chip (such as TC427).
