Need cheap Mains Harmonics Tester for PFC'd SMPS

Hi,
The attached is VAC input and IAC input for a supposedly PFC'd SMPS.
(At 240VAC and 150W output)
Its a single stage SMPS with isolation
37V out.

As you can see..this is a sure-fire Mains Harmonics failure.
But we have to proove it....
..And we dont have a Mains Harmonics tester.
Do you know any way to get one cheap?

You may want to use TBS1052 FFT feature for a first estimation of harmonics.
