Please don't sue me if it doesn't (I'm not an expert on the subject), but I recall having seen it on the libtiff spec page. See http://www.libtiff.org/support.html, http://www.libtiff.org/ for more info. Also, some guy at IBM wrote a nice text on using libtiff (and the second example uses CCITT G4 compession, I believe)... See http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/linux/library/l-libtiff/.
