transient noise cadence

Hi guys,

I'm new to the cadence transient noise analysis. I would like to know how to run them. Please send me the file if you have them. I noticed from one forum that the above application notes can be obtained at below sources, but i dont have access to them. If any of you have the access, please pass them.
