Three are many sample programs on the Keil website, ever checked them out?
THe regular documentation is on the NXP website. Best way to search is starting here:
http://www.standardics.nxp.com/products/lpc2000/all/
Selecting the LPC2114 and exploring the support section can help you.
As already mentioned the LPC2000 forum on Yahoo. You need to sign up and then search the "files" section.
To get better help, you need to be (much) more specific.
