need mains filtering

Im building a neon sign tesla coil and I don't want residential mains to ring from the gizmo. Will this prevent a decent amount of noise noise from going back into the mains?

Also, why isnt the fuse dimensions specified?

Is this a topology with two transformers? Then the first transformer carries mains AC, while the second transformer carries high frequency AC (ringing). So the first transformer is probably a large Henry value which readily passes mains frequency AC, while presenting high impedance to high frequency AC. Therefore it's unlikely you'll get high frequency ringing in your house wiring.

Its not dual resonant just a single high ratio tesla transformer.

Would that plug prevent noise from entering the mains? Surely the spark gap likely emanates some noise.

Who told about dual resonant? "neon-sign tesla" involves a neon sign transformer, so it's surely a dual transformer circuit.
