Need a part no for a smd diode FAH23.

Hi Frnds,

I had Rockwell automation PCB. its gate drive pcb for IGBT. When IGBT burst some diodes also burn out. i tried all smd websites for datasheet. i couldn't find it. Both types of diode is there with same part no.( uni/bi-directional). kindly help me to find exact part no.

marking code as in diode is, 'FAH23 NZ'. package is'do214'.

I found it in this book. Nothing came up for specifically FAH

Hi,

I also came to a SMBJ100.
It has code "NZ"
And the "F" maybe is for fairchild.
But no idea about "AH23"
