Hi all,

I am working on a project where ADC value is being displayed on FND. Common anode 7 segment display is connected on PORT B2,B3, B4 for selection and data to be displayed is presented on PORT C. Now I have to implement the logic such that if ADC value crosses certain limit assume it as 200, then the display should flash means it should be ON OFF for the duration till ADC value doesn't reduce down from 200 to safe value.During this data should continuously display on all 7 segment display it should not stop displaying.

Thanking you

Lets say you have 4 X 7 Segmant displays and it is refreshed every 10 ms i.e., in 10 ms each display is turned ON and OFF. After every 10 ms or whatever duration you have used to refresh the displays then turn OFF all the transistors that drive the segments then again after 500 or 1000 ms turn all the display. See if that works.

Hello guys,
Thanx for the reply. I solved it now. I scanned the displayed value number of times rather than just once. So on time has increased and one can clearly see the displayed value now.

Thanking you
