Need a BJT model to simulate in ADS 2005

I am designing an 3G low noise amplifier now.I need a BJT (bfp620,infinion Corp.) model to simulate in ADS2005.But I can't find there.Don't know what to do next ,so need your help. Thanks.

@DS's model

is other bjt model ok for you, @ds has other bjt sample model
