Hi guys.
I want to amplify a microwave pulsed signal, with small pulse width (10~20ns)
what should i do? are an cw microwave amplifier can amplify the narrow pulse signal?

What is the carrier frequency? Pulse width 10 ns corresponds to 100 MHz spectrum width, 20 ns to 50 MHz. No special amplifiers are needed, but you must also specify the power level.

the carrier frequency is about 2 GHz. do you think that rfc and bypass caps have no effect on pulse shape?
