MusicBox from Roman Lut noise

Hello,

I'm trying to build music box based on Attiny85 from http://www.deep-shadows.com/hax/wordpress/?page_id=1111. I loaded code to my attiny w/o changes successfully, there's no problem. But when I builded circuit same as http://www.deep-shadows.com/hax/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/PWMDClass.png, sound is very noisy. Loudspeaker is used 8ohm, 0.25W. All components have same value as on scheme. NPN is 550C, PNP is 560B. Where could be problem?

You not do not say what your problem is, the first amplifier had a wiring error on it?. Which circuit in your first link did you use?

I used circuit like D class with PWM, it's on image in second link. My problem is that sound has bad quality and contains some noise.
