I took measurements of TRL standards at different voltages using multical but when I try to do the de-embedding for a particular voltage I am getting the following error: "Measurement points in the data files are inconsistent, calculations aborted." Do you know what this means?

Also, is there a way of opening the datafiles created during the calibration? I tried using Excel but I got a whole bunch of garbage.

Is there any document that compiles all the error messages in multical? It would be great if someone could send it to me.
