how can i use the differential adc of 24 bit of msp430f6779 as single ended mode ?

need some tutorial for the differential ADC.

Looking at the 24-bit ADC input voltage specification would be a first step to answer the question. It's about -1 to +3V.

So it's understandable in the second step (reviewing reference designs) how the TI circuit examples are using the ADC single ended and ground refernced for AC voltage measurement.
