MS Excel password recovery, urgent!

Hi all,

I'm a working student in my country, an employee is sudden AWOL.
Now some of the files (in MS Excel) in her computer has password to open.
I tried all kinds of attacks but nothing progress, is there any solution or method or may be a software to recover or remove the password for .xls files?

i tried it with access and it solve the password
and it can solve the excel
