However, I don't know the range of integration. Is it from 1Hz to the -3dB bandwidth of TIA? Is it the band of the input signal? Or the other? Can anybody help me~~~

Noise bandwidth to consider is application dependent, determined by the signal processing equipment and it's algorithms.
