hello..i newbie here, i really need help for my final year project. I really want to know how many type of IC in microcontroller? because i need to find an IC that have same port. For an example for PIC microcontroller i use PIC 16f877a and i need to fine another IC that have same port with it..i really need you guys help..:(
 

Go to the Microchip web site and search for devices with the same or more features (there are hundreds!). The web site has a product selector that allows you to enter your requirements then lists all the suitable devices.
