[MOVED]Testing of fan transistor

If we maesure gan transistor continuity with multimeter , is there is a chance of short circuit in the drain or gate?
Please any one explain the concept.............................

reframe your question.
between what two terminals you have found a short ?
it may be the diode builtin that shows as continuity.
