[MOVED] Need help to find a replacement transistor

Dear all,
Please help me to find the transistor that can replace for the following items:
+ IFC 32139 - 9414: TRANSISTOR,SI,N-CHAN,TO-92,SWI
+ IFC 93314 - 9321: TRANSISTOR,SI,N-JFET,HI-VOLTAG
I cannot find the datasheet for these transistor on the internet. If somebody know this type of transistor please help me to find out the replacement one.

Which unit are they out of? may be you can get schematic and that might lead us somewhere.

All of these items are out of. These items are used on a pcb board that manufactured since 1995.
Attached you can find a schematic that used these item
The Q16,Q17,Q23,Q24 are IFC 93314 - 9321: TRANSISTOR,SI,N-JFET,HI-VOLTAG
And Q15 is FC 32139 - 9414: TRANSISTOR,SI,N-CHAN,TO-92,SWI
