[Moved]Make Buzzing transformer quiet

Hi!

I have found that one of the small transformers is buzzing so much that it is annoying. I believe it is the left one of the two right next to each other seen in the photo.
Any way to make it stop oscilating?

Does it stop buzzing if you hold it firmly (with an insulated hand - wear marigolds ) ?

If so desolder it and with the solder pins taped up dip it into varnish, leave to dry & refit.

Might help, might not.

No, but when grapping it an pulling the high pitched sound get much louder and with an even higher frequency.
