[MOVED] IR Command for shuting down Television

Hi everyone ,
I am not sure , My topic belogns to here .
I did my ir system for samsung smart tv yesterday . Everything is fine . Just , I am curios on are there any command to shut down television (it does not matter television on which state (on , off))

Years ago I seem to remember some remote controls had separate On and Off buttons.

However in recent years I only see remotes having a single 'Power' button. It toggles the tv on or off. If the tv is off then it turns it on, if it's on then it turns it off. The remote does not know what state the tv is in. It sends the same command, regardless.

This allows extreme ease of use for us ordinary folks operating the tv.

I suppose the manufacturer has commands they use in their development labs, which perform things for testing purposes. They may have a separate command they use to shut off the tv, which is different from the command to turn it on. However these commands evidently are omitted from the remote control buttons.

07 07 98 67 (all hexadecimal) will turn off the TV, whether on or off.

These four bytes are:

07 Custom code 07 (Television)
07 Repeat custom code
98 Discreet off
67 inverse of previous byte
