I have used above mentioned device for my inverter project.
I have applied following voltages to the module pins through a 30 V dc supply.
Bootstrap capacitors were also used.
I trip -0V
Vcc - 15V
Vss - 0V
DC (-) bus, I trip & Vss were coupled in common.
I have used the same source to get 0 & 5V for the gate signals too and applied signals for the 3 legs as 1,0 , 0. Then I have measured the open circuit voltage between DC(-) bus and phases. To test further I have rearranged the order of signals. When measured it was similar to DC bus voltage and worked properly.
But when I increased the DC bus voltage greater than 13.15V through the same source mentioned, the open circuit voltage has never changed
and remained as 13.15V.
Therefore I couldn't get any output more than 13.15V.
Could it be an internal error of the module or the dc source?
Please help!
