Where there is a group of can join,please tell me,thanks ...:-|
 

There might be a computer club or radio club in your area, if that is what you're talking about. Contact one club, and they might tell you what other clubs there are.

Also contact a local 4H chapter. It is not exclusively an electronics club, but they might have one or two enthusiasts.

if you are a electrical/electronics engineering or computer sciences student you can join the IEEE as a student member
