[moved] how to assign lumped port to circular patch in hfss

im working on circular patch with cylindrical substrate but facing problem in assigning port to it
i have attached my base paper for the reference

i have assigned a lumped port to cylindrical substrate using polyline.

Hi gursharan,

The lumped port needs to be a surface attached to both the strip and the ground plane. Probably a rectangle between the two is your best bet.
