This is what I need:
A prototype with 3 main components:
A) Sensor
B) Transmitter
C) Micro Receiver
Basically, the sensor's job is to detect motion of an object, then the send the confirmation signal to the transmitter, which will transmit information to a handheld device located 5-10 miles away. The receiver will then display that the motion sensor has been activated, and show the time it was activated. I would like to know if this information is possible to be transmitted VIA GPS, and also if it's possible to send digital pictures to the receiver. The receiver must be portable and fit on a keychain.
