Dear All,

I want to design Circuits using Double Gate FinFET, which models should be used for this purpose. Also can i get a PDK for Designing Circuits with FinFETs what are the options?

Any Help will be welcomed?

You could try and use one of the Predictive Technology Models, which are published for educational purpose. Click Latest Models and scroll down to the 45 or 32nm double-gate FinFET models.

I don't know of any PDK containing such FinFETs, sorry.

Thanks for the reply erikl, i have seen PTM website. My question is that even if i use PTM, Will it be good enough for fabrication of the design? What i understand is that these are predictive models good enough for simulation but may not represent the realistic situation in case of fabrication. Is this correct regarding the PTM?. n if not what are my options.

Thanks in advance

You are totally right: PTM models are for educational service only, and thus are free.
For fabrication you need the fab models - probably contained in a PDK. In any case you would have to sign an NDA to get it.
