Hi dear All
Thank you for your time
Currently i want design an amplifier which should have voltage gain of 10000
and it should be designed with MosFets and then simulate it in the orcad
My input impedance is around 600 k ohm
and output impedance is 1k
Thanks in advance
Very questions

Tell us about your input voltage level?? ( you need to know this before going further and selecting a mosfet)
how you have found your input and output impedance??

Hello smoothcriminal, thanks for reply
input voltage is small singnal

Brother i understand it is a small signal but what value???
e.g. your signal is 50uV but mosfet only takes let say 1mV input than amplifier will not work... on the basis of value you will have to select the transistor!!

input voltage =2mV
How can I design this circuit ?

search on net the mosfet that can give you your required gain and can take that much input voltage...
search dealer like nxp free scale etc...
