Try relaxing following simulator parameters

ITL4=50, ABSTOL=1n, VNTOL=100u

Look at operating-point capacitances of your diodes and
transistors. Your transistor model params assign no junction
capacitance and if I understand the syntax, only two of the
four diodes are passed a CJ0.

Insanely small node capacitances are a good way to get
transient nonconvergence. I'd also be suspicious of those
switches and how they're connected & parameterized.
