[Moved] Balancing platform for boats

This platform will be extended to two axes. video results shows, only by changing the proportional gain of the PID controller. Direct mounting of the motor to the axle creates some friction. Now platform is getting ready for its second axis. Anyone need information about project or for better suggestions please leave a reply.
