Mother Board NO DISPLAY

Hi,

Im usually using Intel Mother Boards and i have intel 946GZIS mother Board problem no display. Same problem with my other Board intel DG31GL.

Engineers said both have green Chip problem it happening in every 2 years please help me to resolve this issue.

Engineers means? From which company? Are they qualified to do chiplevel Service of motherboards? Pls tell. Do you checked some basic thing's first to troubleshoot your problem?
 
No display means, no post screen? If so may be tables are corrupted in cmos. So remove the battery and leave it out for a while and then insert it back, if it works than use default parameters, set date and time etc, save it and than boot it. If other problem than check power supply voltages etc.
