mosfet switch simulation in hyperlynx

Hello,

I am trying to simulate a voltage level shifter in Hyperlynx. specifically sn74cb3T16211 from TI. But Hyperlynx shows only Input model for its pins and no output model.

So what should I do to model the input.

Can anybody help me.

Hi Pankaj,

YOu have to check in IBIS file ,wheter output model is availble or not .May be it is there but not showing in Hyperlynx due to some problem..
