MOSFET for Synchronous Buck Controller 20V 20A 600kHz?

I design Synchronous Buck Controller with tps40304 switching frequency 600kHz.
TI software proposed use on
high side 2x CSD16323Q3
low side 2x CSD18503Q5A
This MOSFET have Ultra-Low Qg and Qgd unfortunately Continuous Drain Current only 15 20A and therefore is nedd use 2pcs.
I am trying to find a more powerful transistor, which would be enough only one piece.
I fing for example BSC014N03MS G , but if I compere Input capacitance have this MOSFET 10x larger 1020pF vs 10.000pF Significantly higher switching losses

Maybe you advise better MOSFET.
 

It may be a viable choice to make two or more interleaved converters. This splits the burden. It draws a smoother current waveform from the supply. Likewise the output capacitor is exposed to less extreme current bursts.
