i want to drive 10 irfp460 mosfet that parallel and using ir2110 to drive them.but ir2110 cant.can i use bjt totem pole or i Must use jfet totem pole to driving mosfet?

the Threshold Voltage of irfp460 is 4 volt and I'm afraid to use bjt totem pole when driver voltage below 4 volt and in this area Linear acts

Can someone help me?

Using a complementary BJT voltage follower raises respectively reduces low and high level by about 0.7 V which involves no problem with standard MOSFETs.

max gate current is 30 ampere i 245 ns.whats your opinion about use bd140 and bd139 ?

BD139/BD140 hasn't good current gain at high currents. Commercial gate drivers are often using audio transistors in the 6 - 10 A range, e.g. MJD44/45. You get also 10 A capable cp,plementary transistors in SOT23 package from Diodes.

These small transistors are particularly suitable if you want to provide individual boosters for each output transistor or a group of transistors.
