monte carlo for capacitor mismatch

how can i make monte carlo to get mismatch in capacitor , i need to know standard deviation and mean from histogram or from where?
 

Hi amr Hema.

You need to take a look in the mismatch model card of your technology. There you will find this information. It is also usually presented in the manual of your technology.

this error appear to me when i simulate capacitor with its voltage to get standard deviation

i use capacitor equation
C= I/(w*V) = I/(2*Pi*f*V)
