monte carlo analysis in spice

Dear ALL!
I am designing Bandgap circuit using tech 0.35u. I want to simulate Monte Carlo, so

.PARAM xx=GAUSS(nominal_val, rel_variation, sigma <,+ multiplier>)

Where can I find nominal_val, rel_variation, sigma <,+ multiplier in model file?

ThankS!

monte carlo hspice
