monostable circuit design using 4060 IC

I wanna design monostable circuit design using 4060 IC.
and I want 3 second time period.

any example of this circuit?

Hi,
Any solid reason is there for choosing 4060 IC as an 3second monostable circuit. The same can be easily achived with 555 timer.
