what is the meaning of monopole characterictic in any antenna? I have seen many papers which say monopole antenna but I don't know how to check this characteristic if the antenna is monopole or not. So kindly tell me what is monopole antenna

If briefly , exists at all two variants, direct wire type dipole or named simply symmetric structure if you wish and slot approach same symmetric and non symmetric structures like modification of symmetric as well.
