Hi everyone,
I have installed TSMC 180nm process for IC design. While designing the circuit we need to add license key for MOM capacitor given by foundry.
I have the license key but the PDK utilit tool is giving error 'No setting file: Install PDK first' while I am putting the license key.
I checked and could not find any error. PDK is working just fine and other PDK utility such as creating guard ring is also working.
Can anyone please help me with this issue?
