i have sine wave. And i am modulating it at 40khz carrier frequence.is it meant that at one complete cycle of sinusoidal, there would be 38,000 cycles.am i right if now help me plzz

Sorry, but I don't understand you question.
You have a sineware (which frequency ?) that is your carrier, modulated with an unspecified waveform (one could presume another sinewave) and unspecified modulation type (AM, FM, PM, etc) with frequency 40 kHz.

Please set the unspecified parameters then clarify also what you mean with "at one complete cycle of sinusoidal, there would be 38,000 cycles". A part the number (38000) that is coming from what ? However the phrase is not clear to me at all.
