model parameters for HSPICE

i have installed hspice on windows. is it any different in working from it is on unix.?
i tried to simulate spice file but it is giving error like duplicate parameters even if i write as,ad,pd,ps for PMOS and NMOS. i m not able to understand. pls help me

Please send me a copy of (the block), if it possible.
What's your HSPICE version ?
What's your Windows Type (XP, 2000, 2003, VISTA, ...) ?
 

i m using windows version XP & hspice is 2001. i m not able to simulate even a simple inverter. is there any difference between the model parameter used for hspice at windows and for unix? thanks in advance.
