Hello all,

Does anybody know any freeware modelling program to generate semiconductor models for spice2 or spice3?

i think intusoft has a software which allows you to make spice models from data sheets.
check it on intusoft site.

Penzar Research (www.penzar.com) also offers a model generator. It's not free, but I don't think Intusoft's is, either.
 

I'm not aware of any generator that's free. However, this site offers free modeling service:
