i have an idea for testing the board of mobile phone by use of test points.
if can design a micro board to measuer and test the digital signals and pulse on a mobile board then compare them with amount of them in service manuals we can finding the fault that take effect in the board and directly go to repair that.
in the below i put the pictuer of a mobile board . you can see the test point .in service manual there are shape of signals that should be on these test points.
any body has an idea ?
i hope one person can help me.

you have sche for this microboard ?

when ever i know. we need spectrum anelizer for this.

and spl.test jig for power on and check open board.

for what pcb repaire you want to know seof hot air.?

i use it for cellphone pcb repair. like remove/ reples bga ic.- reball bga ic.

remove /reples mettal canned parts, lika pfo,antenna switch, fdk...
